All of our seafood is sourced from trusted and passionate individuals who care about the quality and standard of their produce. Our fresh fish is bought directly from the local markets in Dorset as well as Newlyn, Brixham and Looe which is delivered fresh, six days a week, ensuring the seafood on your plate is as fresh as we can get it. The same practice applies to the sourcing of our other ingredients. We are very proud to be associated with dedicated suppliers who bring our fresh seafood to you and who are working hard to protect the seas for future generations.
Our Chefs ensure the menus at The Crab at Bournemouth change regularly to complement the seasons and the fresh produce that is available locally. With the fish and seafood delivered daily, it remains the focus of our ever evolving dishes; however, meat lovers and vegetarians alike are also more than catered for by the wide selection of local meat and fresh vegetable choices that are available.
